Occupational therapy addresses what matters most to you and your baby: the meaningful work of feeding, moving, sleeping, regulating, and meeting milestones. We work exclusively with infants in the first year, when the body, brain, and nervous system are laying the foundations for everything that follows. When any of that feels harder than it should, it's rarely just one issue. Occupational therapy looks at the whole baby, from the underlying anatomy (bones, fascia, muscles) to the systems (nervous, sensory, digestive) that shape how your baby feeds, moves, and grows.

Babies don't develop in isolation. Feeding, sleep, regulation, and play are shared activities, things babies and caregivers do together. We treat the parent-infant dyad as the unit of care, with parents as collaborators. We work alongside you, supporting postpartum recovery, maternal health and co-regulation alongside your baby's body and milestones, and building the skills you'll keep using long after we wrap up.
